Question by Joe: Is there any good way to dampen creaky hardwood floorboards?
Just moved into an old house with hardwood floors that creak like mad. We can’t afford to re-do the floors, of course, but what are some good ways to dampen the noise? Carpets/runners? Anything at all would be wonderful!
