Question by Brainy Smurfette: Where can I find a contemporary rug for a good price?
I’m looking for a rug with red as the main color. It needs to be contemporary/modern with a geometric or abstract design. I’ve tried Target, Pier 1, Pottery Barn, Ikea, West Elm and even Walmart and neither of them have a rug that I just love. Does anyone know of a cool contemporary home store (not on the list) that may have what I’m looking for?

Sometimes you can find nice rugs at Lowe’s or Home Depot. I’ve seen some contemporary designs in bold geometrics at those places. Also, I’ve seen a good selection at http://www.Overstock.com, on the internet. Their shipping is very low, too. Of course, ordering off the internet is sometimes risky because you can’t actually see what you’re getting. But if you can find a design you like, and the colors don’t have to be an exact “match,” or if you can START with the color and work from there, it may be a good solution.

Hope you can find some useful advice here on Answers. Good luck!
