Question by rubynymph27: How to decorate a pure white bathroom?
My bathroom now has a white sink, white/light grey tiles, light grey paint and a glass door white tile shower. Would it look bad if I chose red and put in red rugs and towels and such? Is there any color in particular that would look great with the white? Or am I doomed to blinding whiteness for the rest of my mornings?
Thanks for the help 🙂

I think red would be fine. You could choose any color you like, even change it with the seasons.

Try a gold or brushed silver

The red and white are a bit dated, I think, unless you mix the red towels with tan color towels, red rugs, silver bathroom accessories, and get a painting that would have red and tan together.

Another combination with the white/grey tiles is: white & aqua colors with silver bathroom accessories is one way.

Green and light blue is another nice combination if you want it a bit more masculine.

Any color will look great because your tiles are neutral color You can go to Bed Bath and Beyond and choose a nice curtain you like and then accessorize according to the curtain colors.

I love pure white bathroom too since white is one of my fave color. A pure white bathroom is beautiful in its own right, but with the right accents and accessories, it is the canvas for a truly modern space. Use a single, bold color to accompany white for a brighter, modern look. Grassy green, bright yellow or pure red are modern choices. Black-and-white is a classic combination that comes across as modern, with its clean lines. Add framed modern art or black-and-white photography, and keep with the theme of chrome accessories.
