The simplest way is to get a strip of tackstrip from a flooring store., the type they use to attach wall to wall carpet.

Or

You could add a pocket on the back and hang it from a decorative rod.

buy a quilt rack or a quilt shelf that has a rod the size of the quilt and hang the quilt over it that way you can take it down if you wish also a idea i just saw on tv was they took a quilt and used clear thread and sewed small round plastic circles on it like for matting socks and then they hung that up inside a frame and over a picture so if they wanted to use the quilt they could remove it and still have something to look at on the wall good luck

Try getting a decorative rod,, attach it,, then get the “clip on” type of curtain hangers. They usually have them to match. It’ll make it dramatic,, and the rod will add a very pretty touch. You can take it down, wash, add something else,, etc.
