Check out the web page for Big Lots (www.biglots.com). There’s a store locator on the main page where you type in your city/state/zip combo and it will give you a list of stores in your area to check out. I have seen good quality area rugs that are decent sized there within your price range.

The home section of stores like Walmart, Kmart and Target should also have them.

Another place to check would be Ikea (www.ikea.com/us). Some examples from them include:

And, last but not least, if you do not mind on-line shopping, there is always www.Overstock.com – but the thing with this site is to make sure that you read the product reviews, because you will get more useful information (shipping problems, color discrepancies, quality/workmanship issues) from people who have actually purchased the product. Good luck with the baby and the move and I hope you find what you need.
