Question by Gela: Where can you get carpet padding?
I bought a few area rugs at yard sales and would like to put some padding under them. I am looking for a non-slip kind and real soft. Where can I buy it? Please don’t send me to the Carpet Store. They charge high prices even though they should have small pieces as left over. I am looking at Lowes or Home depot. Thanks

Habitat for Humanity has thrift stores where they sell stuff that’s been donated, you could try there, or if you’ve got a local Freecycle web group, you night even find it for free!
